After almost a year after its release, Wiz Khalifa has been hit with a plagiarism lawsuit for his breakout number 1 single hit 'Black and Yellow.' Songwriter Max Gregory Warren is claiming Wiz stole from his 'Pink and Yellow' song, written in 2007. Gregory is suing Wiz for $2,375,000 in punitive damages.
