5. Peter McNeal, an ex-drummer for Cake, faces child molestation charges.
Peter appeared in court Friday, charged with "oral copulation and sexual penetration of a child under the age of 10." The drummer's history isn't exactly forth coming; in 2009, Peter was arrested for attempted molestation of a young girl. Peter is most notable for his appearances on Norah Jones' and Mike Doughty's records. [Rollingstone]
