6. Lil Wayne Is Set To Release Prison Memoir Almost two years after his release from Rikers Island in New York on November 4, 2010, Lil Wayne is releasing a memoir this November. The book will be called "Gone 'Til November." Associated Press described the book to be an internal monologue of Wayne's prison time for attempted gun possession. He was arrested 2007 after his headlining performance at the Beacon Theatre in NYC. He eventually pleaded guilty to the charge and turned himself in to authorities in March of 2010. Since his time in prison, Wayne has made up for lost time, touring the world, announcing a new clothing line (TRUKFIT) and releasing his double-platinum Tha Carter IV.
