10. East 17 announces new album called 'Dark Light."
Speaking of artists virtually coming back from the dead, East 17, will be releasing their new album,
Dark Light, on April 2nd. The band is mostly known for their 1994 single, "Stay Another Day." Releasing on FOD Records, this will be the groups first album since 1998's
Resurrection.
Dark Light is reminiscent of bands like
Kings Of Leon and
U2. On the album, East 17's frontman, Brian Harvey, says the album is,
"subconsciously inspired by American music and rock 'n' roll"
