If Gov Ball is the new kid on the block and Bonnaroo is the cool kid in class, Coachella is the more popular older cousin. To put it in perspective, Coachella’s 2015 lineup was released on January 6th and sold out within 20 minutes! It’s also looking to top last year’s attendance of about 580K people over the two weekends it will take place. Wow.
Of course Coachella features the expected big name headliners like ACDC, Jack White, Drake, Interpol, Ryan Adams, David Guetta, Steely Dan, Hozier, Alabama Shakes, and many more, but it also draws a large crowd for its emerging artist scene.
