“Soul-lit Shadows: Masterpieces of Civil War Photography” Exhibition

What: Photography was advancing rapidly in the years leading up to the Civil War, making it the first war to be documented from start to finish. The exhibition includes haunting battle scenes, daguerrotypes of soldiers, portraits of Abraham Lincoln and one gem - a handmade ribbon depicting Lincoln's face to commemorate the election.
