Thingness of Energy is a mixed-media installation by Jamie Kruse, which include materials like pipes, wires, switch boxes, and tubes, on display with samples of energy sources like fossil fuels and coal. Mounted on the building’s windows, the installation is visible from both the street and the building’s interior, reflecting the relationship between the producer of energy, the outside world, and the consumers of energy, the people in the building.
