Creature From the Blue Lagoon
While you're in the Hamptons for artMRKT, swing by "Creature From the Blue Lagoon," a theatrically-inspired group exhibition organized by Bob Nickas. This annual show is celebrating its final year in Bridgehampton, and features works from a variety of artists including Anne Collier, Ryan Foerster, Agnes Lux, Virginia Overton, and Jiyeon Park. Saturday's Opening Reception also features musical entertainment from metal band, Liturgy.
The press release promises that "any resemblance to the 1980 film, The Blue Lagoon, starring Brooke Shields and Christopher Atkins, is entirely coincidental."
