Billed as the "largest multi-arts festival in North America", FringeNYC boasts more than 200 international companies performing for 16 days in more than 20 venues. This year, the festival has partnered with the Fourth Arts Block's ArtUp project, which highlights exhibitions in lower Manhattan.
