Regarding Warhol
The Metropolitan Museum of Art is opening a unique exhibition that juxtaposes forty-five works by Andy Warhol alongside one hundred works by artists he's influenced. (It's a long list, but names include Ai Weiwei, Richard Avedon, Cindy Sherman, and Keith Haring.) Painting, sculptures, and films are all represented in "Regarding Warhol," which opens this week to Met Members. For the rest of y'all, it opens next Tuesday.
