AIPAD Photography Show
Not to be missed this week is the AIPAD Photography Show at the Park Avenue Armory. Presented by The Association of International Photography Art Dealers, the four day fair is the longest-running exhibition of fine art photography.
The multimedia show will feature works from more than 80 of the world's leading photography galleries, including contemporary, modern, and 19th century photographs, in addition to photo-based art, video, and digital media.
Highlights of the fair include the James Welling solo exhibition curated by the David Zwirner Gallery andÂ
Photojournalism in 20th Century America, presented by Daniel Blau, showcasing prize-winning vintage photos from the 1930s-1970s. On Saturday, April 6, there will also be a series of AIPAD panel discussions on topics ranging from The L.A. Art Scene to 75 Years of Color Photography in America.
