Beyonce's performance of "Love On Top" at the 2011 VMAs had a surprise ending that shocked and delighted fans around the world. After hitting that last soaring note of her song, Beyonce revealed a very noticeable baby bump to the entire world. We now know this day as Blue Ivy Carter's first public debut. We will never forget Bey standing in front of the camera and rubbing her baby bump proudly.
