Squat

We get it, it's the age of the booty. But before you drop big bucks for that Brazilian butt lift, try sweating it out a little. A simple squat is one of the best exercises you can do to build that behind, but it's easy to do incorrectly. Tense your shoulders and back, go down as low as you can (while still feeling comfortable), and make sure your knees don't extend beyond your toes. Perform a few times a week and people will soon be asking, Kim Kardashian who?
