By now, the Day & Night Brunches at Revel have successfully switched from being a summer-y beach institution, to an autumnal city institution. And while the people might vary from week to week (slightly.), there are some parts of the Koch Brothers' brunches that are always the same...-
1) There are always sparklers. Sparklers are cool. It's I guess nice to see that in an ADD society such as the one we live in, brunch participants are still so excited about sticks of fire week after week.
2) There is always rose. Even in winter.
2) There is always more often than not someone drinking directly from a magnum of champagne. It just wouldn't be a Day & Night brunch without that quintessential photo op.
