Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is

Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is
You're not going to be chowing down on Top Ramen or mingling with commoners at the school cafe like some homeless person. You're an heiress.  An heiress in an $88 million dollar apartment. And an heiress deserves a hamburger just short of $200 dollars. Head on down to the Wall Street Burger Shoppe, where you can eat some gold-flecked beef.
The burger, created by chef and co-owner Kevin O'Connell, seeks to justify its price with a Kobe beef patty, lots of black truffles, seared foie gras, aged Gruyere cheese, wild mushrooms and flecks of gold leaf on a brioche bun. - HuffPost
In the mood for dessert? Head on up to the UES, and swing by Serendipity, where you can devour a $25k Chocolate Sundae. Just in case you didn't read that carefully...TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. You eat TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. The sundae, also known as the abomination of all things moral, is infused with 23kt gold, in case you haven't filled that daily quota, served in a solid gold goblet featuring a diamond bracelet with a side of truffles, and sprinkled with chocolate and white diamonds, just for good measure.
