Can Clover Club Live Up To Its Sister Flatiron Lounge?

Flatiron Lounge on 19th street is one of my favorite spots in the city. It used to be the spot of many "night caps" and cocktail hour meetups...usually decided upon by me (and mainly because I lived right above it). Besides the convenient proximity of the place, they have by far the best drinks in Manhattan.
Julie Reiner, the girl responsible for my favorite go to place in the city is opening her much talked about new venue, Clover Club TONIGHT in Caroll Gardens. Will the drinks be comparable? That is to be determined, but to prepare yourself for what you will order, the full drink menu is here.

Yeah, this place seems cool. If it's like the Flatiron Lounge but without the FL's douchebaggy clientele then it could be cool indeed.

oh, it has the douchebaggy clientele, which i am ok to put up with in places like SOHO, but it seems like a step in the wrong direction for Smith St. The pretentiousness stands out like a sore thumb. I'll stick with places like Brooklyn Social Club, this place is really annoying.
