Weather Up is what you would expect of a Brooklyn cocktail bar: warm lighting with a subway-tiled roof and savvy bartenders churning out cocktails such as the Trinity, a no-frills mix of gin, sweet vermouth and dry vermouth, or for something with more of a kick, the Roman Highball comprising of Averna, ginger syrup, lemon juice, and soda.
