The theme of November's cooking class is Thanksgiving. Chef will take guests through the Andaz Farmers Market to pick out the class' ingredients and then show various cooking techniques in the restaurant - all to create five delicious dishes. Wall & Water will provide you with knives to use, an apron, all of the recipes and a binder to keep the recipes so the next time you plan a dinner party, your Andaz cookbook will be ready!
