L haus, a new residential condo in Long Island City, is hosting the second annual marathon viewing party from its seventh floor duplex model and terrace. L haus is the perfect spot to get a birds eye view of the New York Marathon as runners pass the half-way point of the 26 mile race. The L haus terrace offers a warm environment for spectators to cheer for the runners.
