Let's face it: in New York City, we have more interior design challenges than our friends in other cities. Our living room often doubles as our dining room, office, and guest bedroom, and sometimes, main bedroom! Join Urban Girl Squad (www.urbangirlsquad.com) as we team up with Stonehenge (www.stonehengenyc.com), the premier apartment rental company in NYC, and Amy Statuto, Principal of asi design studio (www.asidesignstudio.com), to learn the fundamentals of interior design for NYC apartments!
At this event, you'll meet great new women in NYC and learn to:
-- Design for multi-purpose rooms, including tricks for selecting furniture and ideal layouts
-- Mix high and low design pieces: which pieces to buy on the cheap and which to spend on, along with tips on how to mix it all together for a beautiful effect
-- Add color to your home, incorporating current color trends and what you already have in your apartment
There will be time for questions and mingling, along with wine and h'ors d'oeuvres. We'll meet at The Ritz Plaza, a gorgeous rental building and part of Stonehenge’s distinct portfolio.
