The New York Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration showcases this world-famous band with Nelson Moreno: showman, band leader, romantic singer and master trombonist. Everyone is warmly invited to the free program from Noon to 5:00 on Pier 17 at the South Street Seaport. Young and old can catch the rhythms and routines of popular dance troupes from across the Metro area; or go solo, partner or form their own line dance improvisations.
