As a nod to the historical romance between NYC and the oyster, Hotel Griffou is offering its guests an opportunity to renew their love affair with the bivalve. Chef Jason has teamed up with several Long Island Sound harvesters to offer freshly shucked oysters at $1 each. Pair them with a bottle of Gruner Veltliner for $20.
