A gala reception featuring a performance by Youssou N'Dour,to celebrate the photo exhibit the Senegalese singer and humanitarian who is a member of the United Nations’ Broadband Commission for Digital Development, will be held on Tuesday, September 21st, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Vanderbilt Hall, Grand Central Terminal.
The modular photo exhibition will include the following:

ӢExclusive preview of film footage from Connect to Learn Global Spokesperson, Madonna at the Millennium Village in Africa
ӢPhoto walls illustrating the positive impact of mobile broadband to achieve the Millennium Development Goals, empowering people through education and reuniting refugees with their families.
ӢProjects featured will focus on health, education, safety and security and livelihood.
ӢPhotos and captions from are from projects in many countries, including Africa, Brazil, India and the Dominican Republic.
