Led by whiskey master Spike McClure, Beaumarchais (409 West 13th Street, NYC) is hosting a four course dinner party with classic malt whiskey pairings that is not to be missed on Monday, April 25th. You may know Spike, as he is highly regarded as a leader in the whiskey world. Spike and Beaumarchais chef Nicolas Cantrel worked together to create pairings that truly sing. The menu is outstanding, including country ham, roasted quail, roasted halibut, and beef tenderloin. Each whiskey has been hand selected and comes from a different distillery, including a Lagavulin malt that goes all the way back to 1994. Space is limited. $100 per person.
