Located on 129 Atlanic Ave. between Clinton and Henry Sts., Chip Shop will open at 11 a.m. and serve up genuine British breakfast foods such as kippers (smoked herring) and kedgeree, English breakfasts, with about eight items (including eggs, sausages and baked beans), and free booze! The walls will be covered in bunting and windows painted with a caricature of Kate and William, and wedding highlights will be shown.
