The event will honor Lee Wareham for her tireless dedication to the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center and those it services, the education of the underserved youths. Ms. Wareham is an active member of the philanthropic community and serves on the board The Brick Church Women’s Association, and the founder of the Brick Church Pioneers Program. Ms. Wareham is also a Learning Specialist for The Chapin School, and a member of the New York Junior League. She holds a B.A. with Honors from Wheaton College, a Masters in Special Education, and also in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from New York University.
This very special event will feature cocktails, dinner, and dancing. Proceeds of the event will go to the Center to continue the many important programs offered such as Meals on Wheels, of which the center is a pioneer, the Seniors Center Case Management and supportive services for older adults, after school and evening programs for children and teens, youth employment and education services, parent education and support, family literacy along with community, cultural and educational enrichment for all ages.
