Sweat NYC for Japan is an all day fun-filled fitness event for people of all ages and skill level encompassing 6 different fitness classes, an auction for fitness gear and private sessions (see below) and more organized by movemebteducator.com to help raise money for Tsunami victims. Our goal is to raise over $5,000 for Tsunami victims in Japan through Direct Relief, a charity given notice in international news for their efforts... in Japan. Please join us in this unique event!

Schedule:
9am-10am: Introduction and start of silent auction- items listed below
10am-11am: Total Body Conditioning with Adyana de la Torre
11:15am-12:45pm: Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Kim-Lien
1:00pm-2:00pm: Pilates with Mimosa Gordon
2:00-2:30 end of silent auction
2:30pm-4pm: The Hip-Hop Dance Conservatory's BLADE Dance Technique(R) Class
4:15pm-5:15pm: Gentle Yoga with Melissa Gutierrez
5:30pm-7pm: Hip-Hop with Tweetie.
Advance Registration is strongly encouraged.

You can also pay at the door, but we recommend signing up early for a spot in class
$15-$25 suggested donation per class
$10 minimum donation to sign up for a class
$60 day-pass available which will include all classes and entry into our raffle
*PLEAST NOTE that you will be asked to sign a waiver upon entry to the facility. If you are UNDER 18 years old, you MUST have a parent, or legal guardian with you to sign this waiver!

*You can sign up at the door (CASH ONLY), but Direct Relief will not be able to give you a tax deductible receipt unless you register on this website.
*If you are taking pilates or yoga, please bring your own mat if you have one. If you do not have one, it is not necessary.
