Tibet Fund Dinner: 30 Years of Service

* Chefs April Bloomfield (The Spotted Pig), David Chang (Momofuku and Ma Peche), Tom Colicchio (Craft and Colicchio & Sons), Scott Conant (Scarpetta and D.O.C.G.), Dan Kluger (ABC Kitchen), Mark Ladner (Del Posto), Anito Lo (Annisa), Laurent Manrique (Millesime), Joseph Realmuto (Nick and Toni's), and Stephane Brecht (The Pierre), join chef Ripert to each cook a meal of their signature dishes for a table of 20 guests. * A pre-dinner reception will feature Tibetan performing artists and an auction of outstanding art and photography. * The dinner will honor actor Richard Gere and Shelley and Donald Rubin for their devotion to protecting Tibet's cultural identity.
