MeanRed’s fourth annual food-truck festival. Held this year at the scenic South Street Seaport, PARKED! gives you the options of indulging in recession-friendly foodstuffs from crowd pleasers like Frites ”˜n’ Meats, Kelvin Natural Slush Co., and Red Hook Lobster Pound. There will also be a beer garden, a main stage with assorted bands and DJs, and a playground with face painting for the young (at heart).
