Legendary butcher from Chianti, Italy makes an appearance at Mario Batali’s Del Posto, drop everything and visit the restaurant for a five-course. Wine Dinner cocktail reception kicks off from 7-8 pm with Del Posto Chef Mark Ladner’s selection of passed assaggi (hors d’oeuvres), bellinis and Fontodi Chianti. The five-course meal, which will be served at 8 pm. Sushi with beef tartar, roast beef, veggie salad, baked jumbo meatball and wines from Fontodi.
