Australia Day, Australia’s national holiday, takes place on Wednesday, January 26th and Australian chef Shaun Hergatt is celebrating his heritage with food. Chef Hergatt invites you to celebrate at SHO in the Financial District from 5pm to 9pm. At SHO’s Black Bar, there will be FREE passed canapés of traditional Aussie treats including mini sausage rolls, beer-battered fish and chips, lamingtons, mini pavlovas, Anzac biscuits and pumpkin scones with the purchase of your drink of choice, including Australian suds, Fosters and Coopers.
