Father's Day Cooking Classes at Wall & Water
For the dad who loves to cook, Wall & Water is offering a fantastic introductory cooking class this Father's Day.
Adopting a 'smoke' theme this season, the classes are the perfect, interactive gift with recipes dad can keep for a lifetime.
Taking place in the professional, open kitchen at Wall & Water, the classes will commence from 3:30pm till 5:00pm. From 5:00pm, participants then sit to enjoy their dishes with complimentary house wine at the Chef's table to complete the tasting.
Dad can proudly boast that he can cook a Smoked Tomato Bloody Mary, Borsch with Smoked Trout, Dill and Creme Fraiche, Smoked Pheasant Sausage with Roasted Apples, Rosemary and Mustard and Smoked Cacciocavalo with Fig Compote upon completion of the course. A home Smoked Salmon with Clams, Chard, Capers Lemon and Mint will also be on the menu.
Leading the classes will be Chef Maximo Lopez May. Maximo is well versed in hosting cooking classes, having appeared on several shows on the Latin Networks El Gourmet and numerous appearances on Martha Stewart and appearances at NYC Food and Wine Festival.
Classes are $120 per person.
