The Alliance for Young Artists & Writers presents the 2011 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards a the Gold Key Gala.
Featuring literary readings by Amy Ryan and others.
Also featuring a live and silent auction, including a sculpture by Art & Writing Award alumnus Tom Otterness and a limited edition leather tote by Monica Botkier and Art & Writing Award alumnus John Baldessari. Tote generously donated by Independent Curators International.
6 - 7:30 pm: VIP Exhibition Opening World Financial Center Courtyard Gallery. View the most stunning National Award-winning art and writing by youth, selected by luminaries in the visual and literary arts.
7:30 - 10 pm: Dinner & Entertainment World Financial Center Winter Garden. Seated dinner in the atrium including live and silent auctions and featuring special guests Amy Ryan and chamber rock trio Rasputina.
