The Governors Island Alliance will host their annual benefit on Monday June 20th, 2011, in the Commanding Officers Quarters on Governors Island. The Alliances four past benefits have been very successful cocktail receptions, each of which has attracted more than 250 civic, business, and political leaders. This year we will honor Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Linda Fagan, US Coast Guard Captain of the Port of NY and NJ and Kenneth Fisher, Founding GIA Chair.
