On Thursday, June 30, 2011, Superdry USA will debut their second Manhattan store location at the South Street Seaport. The 4,000 square-foot shopping destination will be fashioned for New Yorkers and tourists, alike. The Seaport location will feature enhanced store design elements including oversized ’jam jar’ chandeliers, a triple patchwork nesting table made from reclaimed wood and Superdry signage elevated on steel goal posts. The new location will mark the brand’s seventh store in the United States; in 2009, Superdry USA opened its flagship store in NoHo. Superdry USA also has stores in markets including Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, Las Vegas, NV, Santa Clara, CA and Paramus, NJ.
Superdry USA boasts a fashionable fusion of precise British tailoring, vintage Americana style and hand-drawn Japanese-inspired graphics. The brand is celebrated for its cutting-edge designs, precise attention to detail and accessible price points. The brand’s signatures styles include hand-drawn graphic t-shirts, rugged plaid and lumberjack shirts, rugged outwear in a variety of fits and fabrics, cargo pants and a women’s Vintage Thrift collection.
