In support of Juilliard Drama, The Juilliard School is hosting a Benefit performance of Shakespeare's "The Tempest." The evening will feature readings of the play by actors Sir Derek Jacobi, Monica Raymund, and Richard Clifford as well as excerpts from the 1674 operatic staging of "The Tempest" performed by baritone Robert McDonald and countertenor David Daniels.
Following the performance, members of The Juilliard Club and their guests will be invited to an exclusive after-party featuring cocktails, canapes, a silent auction, celebrity appearances and performances from Juilliard students. "Festive cocktail attire" is suggested.
