Pop up restaurateur Alan Philips is gearing up for his latest installment of The Feast, which will be Pop Art Pop Up theme. The Feast will take place in the soon-to-be-opened Sanctuary Hotel (132 W. 47th St.) in Midtown for three nights beginning on March 10th, 2011. For this occasion, Philips has tapped Greg Grossman, a 15 year old who has gained national recognition for his amazing culinary aptitude. The three nights will feature a four-course menu of the young chefs modern cookery masterpieces, inspired by pop artists including Andy Warhol, Keith Haring and Jeff Koons.
