The Junior Committee of The NYSPCC is gathering for a wonderful evening of cocktails and hors d'oeuvres to be held at The Empire Room on the ground floor of the Empire State Building. The evening includes a silent auction featuring items from J. Chew Porcelain, Sport Time at Randall’s Island, and dinner at Betel among the lots.
