The 2012 Miss Black New York USA & Miss Black New Jersey USA Scholarship Pageants will be combined to create the East Coasts premier pageant for women of color in New York and New Jersey. Miss Black New Jersey USA & Miss Black New York USA promotes excellence in academics, community service, health and beauty both inside and out.
