Now in its eighth year, The New York Comedy Festival (NYCF) is produced by Carolines on Broadway in association with Comedy Central. This year's festival (November 9-13, 2011) will feature some of the industry's biggest and most notable stars including Bill Burr, Louis CK, Ricky Gervais, Kathy Griffin, Jo Koy, Bill Maher, Tracy Morgan, Norm Macdonald, Russell Peters, John Pinette, Sarah Silverman and Wanda Sykes. More than 150 comedians in total will descend on New York City to showcase their humor in over 50 shows throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Queens.
In addition, this year's NYCF marks the first-ever Get More NYC: Comedy Week in partnership with New York City's official marketing, tourism and partnership organization, NYC & Company.
