During three days (October 14-16th), chocolate lovers and foodies will get free access to the exclusive world of chocolatiers. Get inside tours of chocolate stores, learn fascinating history and techniques from the pros like FIKA”˜s Maitre Chocolatier & Chef Hakan Martensson, 2008 Gold Medal winner of the Culinary Olympics, and attend tastings and pairings.
Chef Hakan will also be giving chocolate sculpting demonstrations at the 66 Pearl St location and will also be offering a discount on his Four Elements truffle collection.
FIKA Espresso Bar has three locations: 41 West 58th Street, 407 Park Avenue, and its flagship store at 66 Pearl Street.
