All ghosts and goblins welcome: Families in Manhattan's Tudor City Historic District join in for a parade of Halloween costumes from Tudor City's North Park on 43rd street and Tudor City Place and join in for tricks and treats in the South Park in the decorated South Park on 41st Street and Tudor City Place.
