The worlds greatest warriors, masters of traditional Chinese wushu, have found an outlet to preserve their art—NTD Televisions International Chinese Traditional Martial Arts Competition.During China’s Cultural Revolution many martial artists were persecuted, some were killed, and the true masters struggled to find capable disciples to pass their things to. The environment for transmitting orthodox martial arts in Mainland China effectively dried up.Today, NTD is reviving these traditions before they are lost to history, giving the world the chance to see these remaining masters in action. The Competition is divided into the following categories: Fist Category (male division and female division), Weapons Category (male division and female division), and Southern Fist Category.
