| Description |
Myriam Babin, a New York City based photographer, has worked for various print publications such as Air France Madame, Architectural Digest and Conde Nast Traveller. Combining her photography and her personal interest in culinary culture, Babin created New York Kitchen, a blog documenting the scenes behind New York City restaurants.
On October 22nd, New York Kitchen invites you to an evening of photography and food featuring images from the New York Kitchen blog at the 411 Gallery in Brooklyn. Thirty prints will be on display, and food will be provided by selected NYC restaurants including Gramercy Tavern, Market Table and Txikito. There will be a silent auction of all thirty photographs, bottles of wine, and dinners at selected restaurants, such as a Dinner for Two at Gramercy Tavern.
All proceeds from the silent auction will go to SHARE OUR STRENGTH, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending childhood hunger in America.
