| Description |
“Remembering Bobby Short” is a narrative of Bobby Short’s amazing life, the qualities that made him an icon, his accomplishments and importance in the history of American song. Songs by Cole Porter, Cy Coleman and Carolyn Leigh, Duke Ellington, Rodgers & Hart, and others will be interpreted by Clint Holmes in a musical journey that reflects the history of Bobby Sort’s illustrious career at the Café Carlyle. Mr. Holmes will be accompanied by his Musical Director/Arranger Jeffrey Neiman (piano), Jay Leonhart (bass) and Sherrie Maricle (drums). The evening will be directed by Larry Moss. “Remembering Bobby Short” will play Tuesdays through Saturdays at 8:45PM.
