proudly presents it 13

annual tasting benefit, Plate by Plate, its signature event
produced in NYC, L.A., and San Francisco. Plate by Plate New York showcases
WKH FLW\¶V SUHPLHU GLQLQJ with more than 20 restaurants and 15 beverage
participants joining this year. Restaurants scheduled to participate include Ilili
restaurant, Ivy Bakery, Coppelia Restaurant, The French Culinary Institute,
Thalassa Restaurant, Bell Book & Candle, Blue Smoke, Spot Dessert Bar,
Macao Trading Company, Rhong Tiam, Tanuki Tavern, South Gate, Danji, Bar
Basque, Edi & The Wolf, Gusto Ristorante, Matsuri, 15 East, Pranna, Social Eatz,
and Ember Room. Beverage companies slated to attend include InterBev
(Chang Beer, Mekhong, Caorunn, Balblair, and Speyburn) Bedell Cellars, Best
Cellars, Monte De Oro Winery, Joto Sake, Gekkeikan Sake, Sake Discoveries,
Hakkaisan, Shiranami, Daishichi, Dassai, Nanbu Bijin, Tengumai, Veev, and
Voss water. The benefit kicks off with V.I.P. hour at 6 p.m., featuring a Quickfire
Challenge where reigning champion Chris Jaeckle, executive chef at Ai Fiori, will
face off against Chef Lee Anne Wong, a former Top Chef contestant and
FRPPHQWDWRU IRU WKH &RRNLQJ &KDQQHO¶V Unique Eats. General tasting starts at
