The award-winning Las Vegas chef and onetime-professional snowboarder Akira Back makes a special visit to NYC to host an elegant evening of demonstration and an innovative, eight-course dinner — paired with wine — at the famed and illustrious Bouley Test Kitchen. After enjoying an hour of indulgent cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, you'll sit down to an engaging feast of chef Akira's favorite dishes — a celebratory fusion of Korean, Japanese and American cuisines — while he describes how each course represents a childhood memory or an exciting journey he's had traveling (or perhaps an adventure he's had on the slopes!).
