Bengay & Olympian Dara Torres Makes Waves for Local YMCA

As part of her work as a BENGAY® Brand Ambassador, Dara will visit The Bed-Stuy YMCA in Brooklyn to act as an honorary coach to the Piranhas Swim Team, a developmental team for boys and girls ages 7-17. Sharing tips and tricks for succeeding both in and out of the pool, Dara will hold a Q&A session, take photos and sign autographs prior to leading the team’s practice.
The young swimmers may even be able to teach Dara a stoke or two of their own as 19 of the Piranhas swimmers qualified for the New York State YMCA Championships last year and three went on to medal at the National YMCA Meet.
A donation to the Piranhas team will also be made on behalf of BENGAY®.
