| Description |
Developers from across the city have come together in a coordinated, major marketing effort to showcase their premier properties and kick off the busy fall real estate season in a two-day event on September 24 and 25, 2011. The city-wide open houses will be open to the public from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on each day. Anyone who visits any of the sites and fully executes a contract will be entered to win a $500 gift card to Restoration Hardware or an iPad. A full list of participating developments is included below.
The featured selection of developments will appeal to all types of buyers — from those seeking studios to four bedrooms; lofts to townhomes; high-end amenities; private outdoor space; opportunities for FHA financing; immediate occupancy and more. Mortgage brokers will be on hand at several developments to provide information on financing and interest rates.
“As we head into the fall selling season, we are excited to spotlight our diverse developments at this event,” said Stephen G. Kliegerman, president of Halstead Property Development Marketing. “The Open House Weekend will accommodate all types of buyers and investors looking for the trademark style, unique finishes and high-end amenities in each of our developments. Located in New York City’s most sought-after neighborhoods, we believe units at each of these sites will see property values increase for years to come.”
During the Open House Weekend, at ONE48 (148 East 24th Street) in the Gramercy area, visitors will be impressed by the smart layouts and custom designed finishes. In Harlem, guests can tour 88 Morningside complete with a stunning roof deck and the newly launched 2130 ACP which is only a quick 15 minutes from Midtown Manhattan.
In Brooklyn, visitors will have a first-hand look at Fino 175 (175 Vanderbilt Avenue), a development in Fort Greene that just launched sales last week. Buyers can tour the incredibly designed Kirkman Lofts (37 Bridge Street) located in DUMBO, a converted soap factory that features the original steel silos that now create the dramatic entrances to each apartment. At 80 Metropolitan, guests will get a last chance to look at units with only four remaining on the market and at 58 Metropolitan they will be able to view the brand new penthouse.
