Giovanna’s approach places equal importance on creativity and principled business practices. Core to Honor’s mission is a dedication to bringing industry back to Manhattan’s historic garment district, deference to the art of garment-making, and fair treatment and wages for the extraordinarily skilled artisans who fashion them. Says Randall of her role in Honor, “Being a good designer or even a great designer isn’t enough. You have to design the whole company.”
